I like problems where the design decision and the systems decision are the same decision.
I am a designer and developer based in Famagusta, Cyprus. I work on the whole product: what it should be, how it should feel, how it is built, and what happens when it breaks at an inconvenient hour.
That range is not a career plan. It is the order things happened in — networks and cabling first, then hardware, then interfaces, then the code behind them. Every layer I learned made the one above it easier to reason about, and I have never found a good reason to specialise in only one of them.

How I got here
Moved to Cyprus for EMU
Arrived to study Software Engineering at Eastern Mediterranean University, and started working almost immediately.
Smart Rasa — media and marketing
Photography, video, and marketing material for a property developer. This is where the visual craft comes from, and it is still the reason I care what a product looks like rather than only what it does.
Smart Rasa — infrastructure and smart home
Moved from making pictures of buildings to wiring them. Networks, CCTV, access control, and smart-home installations across the company's developments.
Assistant to the CEO (Smart Rasa) & R&D
Close to how decisions actually get made in a company, while running research on hardware and smart-city technology. The control hub prototype and the LoRaWAN work with WOM Technology in Dubai came out of this period.
Codetoproducts — product design
Designing products with an engineering team on Agile cycles. Biliyo, the tourism marketplace, and the habit of building design systems rather than screens.
Independent
Left to work on products end to end. Since then: a live subscription streaming platform built and operated, PriceMate, the MARCS Coach landing page, and a UI/UX teaching platform in progress.
The infrastructure years
For two years my job was physical. Five residential complexes, dozens of sites, the Isatis cabling build. MikroTik routers and VLAN segmentation, CCTV, access control, and the smart-home systems that sat on top of all of it.
It is the least glamorous part of my record and the most useful. Infrastructure work teaches you that systems fail in ordinary ways, that the fault is almost never where the symptom is, and that the person who has to fix it at eleven at night is the person who installed it.
That is why deployment is not a separate discipline to me, and why I write the safety check before I need it. When I say I can run what I build, this is the experience the claim rests on.
Research and speaking
Control hub and LoRaWAN
A multi-purpose hardware hub for apartment complexes, prototyped as R&D, alongside LoRaWAN and smart-city research with WOM Technology, Dubai.
Cyprus International University
Guest talk, “Discovering IoT: The Starting Point to Smart Living.”
AI Summit 25 & 26
Presenter, both editions.
Young Minds – Great Ideas
European University of Lefke.
Cyprus Construction AI Hackathon
Our team was selected from hundreds of entries. We proposed an AI concierge working across WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram, with a handoff to a human at the point where automation stops being helpful.
Education
B.Sc. Software Engineering — Eastern Mediterranean University, graduated 2026. My graduation project, PriceMate, received an Outstanding Project distinction from the Department of Computer Engineering.
I have been admitted to an M.Sc. in Software Engineering for the 2026–27 academic year. I am studying alongside work, not instead of it.

Beyond the screen
I photograph. It was a job before it was a habit, it is City & Guilds certified, and it is the reason I notice when a layout is a quarter off.
